Photo Submission

** Please send us a few of your favorite photographs. If you have preferences please lightly mark the back of photos or you may notify me by e-mail. When designing your photocards, it is helpful to have extra photos available but we make every effort to use your first choice.

** Pictures taken with lots of natural light work best. Take your pictures against a light color backgound or a contrasting color compared to what your baby is wearing. Avoid dark backgrounds that leave shadows on baby's face and clothes.

** Take picture of your baby head to toe and as close as possible while still maintaining focus. If design calls for a close up of your baby/child's face, take picture close up (head/shoulders). Otherwise, there will be a loss of clarity if we enlarge just the face of a picture taken full-body.

** Please send original un-touched photographs. We can make necessary adjustments as we design your cards. (ex: removal of red eyes).

** E-mail digital photographs taken at the highest resolution your camera allows and save in .jpg format. In order to achieve sharp quality print, send digital images in a non-compressed file size. Do not re-size or edit the photo before sending. Required resolution should be at least 1050 x 1500 pixels. E-mail to us at: niftyprints@comcast.net

** We work with Scans too. Scan photo at a minimum of 300 dpi or higher and e-mail it to us in .jpg format. E-mail to: niftyprints@comcast.net

** In order to use professional photographs taken at a studio, please include photographer's release with your order.

** We know your photos are special to you. We take very good care of all your photographs and will return them to you with your order in their original condition.
