Do you have a catalog? We do not have a printed catalog at this time. Our catalog is our website. If you do not see a design you like, please let us know what you have in mind and we will design one especially for you.
How do I send the photos? For photo tips and submission click here.
Can I use a Party Invitation design as a Birth Announcement? Yes! You can use any design you see throughout our website for any occasion.
Can I get a sample? Yes you may receive a sample free of charge. Just e-mail or phone us with your name and address and the photo-card you are interested in.
Can you design something original for me? Yes. You are not restricted to the designs shown. If you have an original idea for a theme, or would like to take elements from one design and have us create something new, please e-mail us with your ideas.
Can you fix red-eyes? Yes! We prefer that you send all photos untouched so that we can make any necessary corrections in the design process. We can make many minor corrections to your photos (dust, scratches, red-eyes, lightening a dark photo etc...)
What if I don't like my proof? Don't worry. We will be happy to make any changes to your proof until you are completely satisfied. You're credit card will not be charged until you have approved your proof and given your permission to print the order.
Can you print in another language? Yes, as long as the language uses roman characters. You may print any number of photocards in another language or your entire order at no extra charge.
How will my order be shipped? We ship all US orders using USPS priority mail service for a flat fee shipping rate of $6.00, or USPS Priority Mail Express for a flat rate of $17.00, US currency. International orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat fee shipping rate of $17.00.
Twins and Siblings? Any design can be modified to include two or more subjects. We can easily turn any birth announcement into a "Twins" announcement or include a picture of an older child or children in the design to allow the siblings to announce their new baby brother or sister.
Can you use different people from different photos? Yes. We can place different subjects from different photos onto one photocard. Just e-mail us the information if sending digitally or lightly mark the back of the photos with pencil to specify which subjects to use.
How long will it take for my proof? We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. We will have an e-mail proof provided for you within 48 hrs. of receiving your photos. Once you approve your proof, your order will be printed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
How do I pre-order envelopes? Select the photocard you wish to order and fill out the order form. There will be a box to check on the order form for "early envelopes". We will ship the enevelopes the following day at no extra charge to your order. However, we reserve the right to charge your credit card a $20.00 service fee if you cancel your order.
